Human rights activist Pamela Cohen joins Yoel Israel for a riveting conversation. Pamela, an activist in the American Soviet Jewry movement, shares her fascinating story about how she began her mission to help Soviet Jews emigrate, as a young mother in the 1970’s.
She participated in briefings for President Reagan, Secretaries of the State Schultz, Baker and for Condoleezza Rice, during her tenure with the National Security Council. In 1992 she was a guest at the White House for the State dinner during the Summit between Presidents George Bush and Boris Yeltsin.
Pamela recently published her book “Hidden Heroes”, an insider’s view of three decades of the modern-day exodus of Soviet Jews from the Soviet Union. Learn more about Hidden Heroes here – https://www.hiddenheroesthebook.com/
